No, all fees already have that calculated into the flat rate.

What is considered after hours?
After hours is considered any tasks before 9am and after 6pm, except for CQ/Staff Duty Meal runs which go to 10pm.

Can I give the runner store gift cards to pay for my purchases instead of cash/credit card?
Yes, you can do this but be aware that it limits where you can send the runner. Also if there is not enough money on the gift card, the runner will not make the purchases. Also fees for the stop are still charged separately.

What if the store does not have my brand, then what?
If the store does not have a specific brand, the runner will either call you to see if there is another brand you would like or just not purchase the item. You can also specify this when you give the list to the runner for either option.

Will I get calls from the runner about my tasks during the day?
No, the runner will not call you until they are ready to drop of your purchases, unless you specify otherwise or a question arises about your specific errand.

Is there any other options to pay for purchases instead of giving cash/credit card?
Yes, you can give the runner gift cards for specific stores, reloadable credit cards with the Visa/Master Card logos that you have loaded, or gift cards that come in specific amounts with the Visa/Master Card logos. **Note: All fee are stilled paid either with this gift card or separately, so please tell the runner which you would prefer**

How do you keep my money and order separate from other peoples?
We use an envelope system for all order. We have paper/plastic envelopes that we put you name on and your list/payment method inside. When we do your task, we only use your envelope and put all receipts/change back in to your envelope. Then we hand the whole envelope to you with a receipt for services, we keep nothing.

When do I pay the fee for the errands?
You would have to pay the fee upfront with either Cash, Credit Card, or PayPal. No errands will be ran unless the fee has been paid. All errands will be completed that day in a timely manner.

Can I email a list of errands and make an electronic payment instead of having the runner picking them up?
Yes, you may do this as well but please note that no errands will be run until the payment has been received by either PayPal or a Credit Card (this would usually only take one hour to process). Also be sure to include the money for the errand and the fees associated with this. You will receive an email confirmation from the runner in one hour after this purchase is made.

Is there a Multiple Stops Discount if I have more than one errand?
Yes we do offer this service as well. You will either have to call or email the runner to let them know which stops are being made if you are not directly meeting with the runner before they start your errands.
