Payment Options
You can either pay with cash, credit card, or gift cards (Visa/Master Card) for the task.
Cash: You will get a receipt to show how much you gave upon runners arrival and how much was given back as change when task is completed.
Credit/Debit Card: You will get a receipt showing that you gave the card to the runner on arrival and a receipt to show that the runner returned the card when the task was completed. You will ONLY see the stops that you authorized on your account.
Gift Card: You will get a receipt showing that you gave the card to the runner on arrival and a receipt to show that the runner returned the card when the task was completed. You will ONLY see the stops that you authorized on your gift card account.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable once all of the funds for the task has been recieved from the customer.
Fees
The fee for the service is a flat rate of $5.00 per stop no matter how long the runner takes to complete the task at that location during normal business hours. After hours rate increases to a $8.00 flat rate charge. We do have an Emergency Rate (less than 20 minute notice)as well with a flat rate of $12.00 per stop.
Cancelations
All cancelations mush be made at least 2 hours before the funds for the task are recieved.
Transactions
All funds and fees for the tasks are made upfront unless specified by the runner.
Completion
All task will be completed within a 6 hour time span unless customer pays for an express service or perishables are involved.
Holiday Shopping Tasks
Please note that holiday shopping will take longer if you opt for this service. The holiday shopping will be completed in the same day but with no time limit and does not take into account if items are sold out.
